I have been working on my Item X comic off and on for several years. Mostly it is a dumping ground for my various thoughts, gripes and misadventures. Last summer I attended the Cartooning Studio workshop at the Center for Cartoon Studies and came away with a renewed love for the medium and a new sense of purpose.
